We’ve worked with dozens of corporates to provide themed entertainment for their conferences, staff parties, venue promotion and client entertainment.
Most clients are looking for a unique themed event that is fun and highly engaging for their staff or guests.
Wild West Nights, Hoedowns, Boot Scootin’ Line Dances, Cowboy & Cowgirl Themed Nights, Honkytonks & Barndances are all fantastic themes that we do.
These nights are easy to theme and for people to have fun with. Denim and boots is all your guests need. Add some festoon lights, wine barrels and bar stools, a pig on a spit, a themed photo booth and a mechanical bull to polish off the night.
We do a combination of called dances and other music to suit the theme of your night and to keep everyone engaged and dancing all night long.
Private Parties

We get a lot of people who have a big birthday coming up and they want to have a theme for their night.
The bushdance, barndance, cowboy & cowgirl, country themes are all great fun for people to dress up to. From Dolly and Kenny to Cow Onesies– we’ve seen it all!
Some people want just one or two called dances to fit in between the iconic Australian and classic American Roadhouse & Country music before we finish off with a mix of party favourites. Others want called dancing all night while other people are happy with just the themed music without the called dancing. It’s up to you– we’ve done them all and it’s a ball!
The nights get people dancing together and are great for crowds of mixed ages. 40th’s will sometimes have young children, 18th’s might have parents and their friends whilst 70th’s might have a few generations. We know how to get everyone on the dance floor and having a memorable celebration together.
Weddings
Country Themed Wedding Entertainment
We get amazing reviews and our favourite and best ones come from the just-married couples who have just had the time of their lives celebrating with their closest friends and families. For us, it’s always a particular privilege playing for weddings and we do everything we can to make sure the day is all about you and that everything is tailored especially for your.
For weddings there’s a few things we pay particular attention to:
We don’t play to a fixed time limit This is your day, and things run according to your plan but inevitably things change on the night– speeches run over, guests are late, people are in the mood to kick on for longer than you thought– and so we don’t play to any time limit. We are yours for the night and no-one needs to watch the clock.
We meet you in person before the day We always make sure to meet with you at the venue well before the day so that we can put names to faces and talk about how you want the day to run and the atmosphere you want to create.
The PA is all yours for speeches and any other music The PA we provide is of the highest quality and is yours to use for speeches and any preferred playlists from streaming services or devices (laptops/ phones etc.).
We set up well before your first guest arrives and leave after your last guest is finished We arrive well in advance of the reception to make sure that the music is ready to go as soon as your guests arrive and that we are not lugging gear around you as you enjoy your guests and similarly, we don’t pack up until the night is done.

We always enjoy a roadtrip, and most of the out-of-town events we do are for communities wanting to create something that brings people together for a night to remember. We’ve played all over NSW and even as far as Central Queensland and for an Australian & NZ Australia Day Expat Ball in South Korea. The roadtrips are a lot of fun– but the best thing is seeing people come together for a night to enjoy their community.
Some community groups are wanting to raise funds, others are looking for something unique in their festival, whilst others are just wanting something unique and engaging to bring people together.

Pubs & Clubs
Venue Promotions | End of Sporting Season Celebrations | Live Music | Special Events
We play for sporting clubs who want to have an end of season celebration; for pubs that want regular lives music or special events; we play for venues looking to promote themselves and bring customers together.
Although we do a lot of events with called dancing, we also so plenty of gigs where it’s just good live music. Blues & Roots, favourites covers with unique arrangements, original material– all comes into play depending on the setting, the atmosphere and the guests.
Our favourite regular gig is playing as a trio in our local bar whilst other highlights have been playing at the Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival under “The Roadhouse Regulars” banner, and playing further afield near Bathurst for the O’Connell Pub’s 150th Anniversary celebrations.
Team Building & Crowd Activation

We believe that the very best team building activities are the ones where no-one actually realises they’re doing a team building activity until after it’s over.
The called dances & themed nights have a unique team building aspect to them which is unmatched.
You simply will not believe the reactions you will get and the enjoyment your team will get from a night with us.
Unlike almost all team building activities around, the events we do: are not competitive; they don’t single out individuals; they don’t create a dynamic where people can dominate or disappear; they involve everyone and get people working together; and they are not goal oriented but just a common activity where everyone is dancing together.
Crowd activation is a similar dynamic to team building and can involve roving entertainment to help create a particular atmosphere for your event. We’ve played for crowds at the NRL Grand Finals, for the Asian Cup Soccer Final between Australia and South Korea and for fans attending the Bathurst 1000 Races.
Our music, performances, and style is engaging– we believe that our success is more than just playing good music. It’s about engaging every single person at every single event.
